eHealth Today

It appears eHealth has usurped the throne once ruled by print ads and yellow pages.  This month we find behavioral targeting ads and SEO leading the charge.  We’re not surprised that 99 percent of physicians now use the Internet, while 64 percent use a smartphone – a number projected to jump to 81 percent in just two years.  This means adoption has catapulted us over the last remaining moat as the old guard of physicians also embraces the new technology.

In our own fiefdom, we’re firing on all fronts.  Last month we sent out the invite to join us on twitter, which you can find here

We also held court on a fascinating eHealth Innovation Series webinar about online clinical collaboration and health management.  At the event, we asked participants to tell us what they wanted to see covered in the next webinar – and the results are in.

By an overwhelming margin, you asked for the next webinar to delve into social media for hospitals.  So we turned to the ‘godfather’ of social media for hospitals himself, Shel Holtz, who has worked with The Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Northwestern Memorial and many others.  This is going to be a huge one, so sign up now and reserve your spot.  You’ll find webinar details below…
